Ā Iāve always been partial to a warming bowl of homemade stew...particularly when Iām feeling under the weather which has been the case now for about 2 weeks! This dreaded cold/flu/cough just wonāt go away so I thought a quick and easy bowl of āCaldo Verdeā might sort me out š¤š»ā£

Ā Packed with immune boosting garlic & kale and containing only 6 ingredients. Ready in 30 minutes; its the laziest stew of all. If like me youāre fighting the lurgy, hereās how you can make it too ā¬ļøā£

Ā Ingredientsā£
Ā Chorizoā£
Ā Onion thinly sliced ā£
Ā 4 Garlic cloves sliced ā£
Ā 2 litres chicken stockā£
Ā Charlotte potatoes ā£
Ā Kaleā£
Ā ā£
Ā Cook the chorizo & onion on a medium heat for 10 minutes, the chorizo will release lots of oil & the onions will be soft.ā£

Ā Add the garlic for 2-3 mins, then add stock & potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.ā£

Ā Add kale for the last 2 minutes.ā£

Ā Season well. Serve with crusty bread and hopefully feel your body restore itself to health šā£
