Creamy goats cheese pasta

Today’s recipe on @bbcoxford with @itsmeadamballwas a big fat bowl of comfort carbs! 🙌⁣

This creamy goats cheese pasta is seriously delicious and in the words of the legendary Brucey; “You’re my favourite!”✨⁣

It’ll take you only 15 minutes to make and then you can go back to snuggling under a blanket because frankly that’s all anyone should be doing in this miserable weather! ☔️⁣

If you’d like to make it...here’s how⬇️ ⁣

400g fusilli pasta⁣

Olive oil⁣

2-3 cloves of garlic, sliced⁣

Cherry tomatoes halved⁣

A few handfuls of basil⁣

200g soft goat cheese⁣

Start by boiling your pasta, you can do all your prep while it cooks ⁣

Get a large pan and cook your garlic slices in a good glug of olive oil, until they start to go brown.⁣

Turn off the heat and add the cherry tomatoes, stirring them into the garlicky oil. ⁣ ⁣

Add the basil and goat cheese to the pan and stir until the goat cheese starts to melt. ⁣

Drain the pasta and add to the pan, season and give it a good stir…⁣

When it’s done crumble a bit more goats cheese and fresh basil across the top…⁣
