If you’ve seen my stories you’ll know that I spent yesterday at the @discovheruk summer event. There was lots of listening & learning, meeting inspiring women and luckily for me, a fair bit of eating & drinking!
I’ve been hearing great things about @cotswoldpizzaco for some time so I was delighted to meet the owner Abby and even more delighted that she was responsible for feeding us all dinner!🍴
The wood-fired pizzas were absolutely delicious and after a few @collagin’s they were devoured pretty fast!
I was really inspired by Abby’s story and how she started @cotswoldpizzaco by herself after friends kept asking her to make them pizza. It’s grown so popular she is now running the business full time, she takes the pop up shack to private events most weekends and opens up on her own driveway every Friday! The shack is known to sell out within an hour so there is no doubt that the people of Chipping Norton have fully embraced the pizza party 🍕
Chipping Norton are very lucky to have this hard working diamond and her awesome pizza company. I will be making the journey over to savour it again soon and would recommend anyone else to do the same ❤️🍴
