This is the food I’ve been missing!! Duck liver parfait (absolutely insane flavour!) & chargrilled ‘Coq au vin’ 🤤
@thebarbequeblacksmith has created a variety of dishes throughout lockdown but the common theme is that they are all first class for flavour.
