I donāt have a photo of this recipe unfortunately so Iām afraid youāll have to make do with a photo of me looking far less sweaty than I felt at Magic Kingdom last week. 33 degrees whilst walking around a theme park is not the one but it has made me appreciate and embrace the cold more now Iām home š„µ ā£

Ironically this recipe is my absolute favourite Winter warmer stew for when itās freezing cold...ā£
ā£
Itās a hearty stew in the sense that it has a lot of substance...but actually quite a light broth which I personally prefer especially when used to dunk bread in š„ ā£

Itās formal name is; Spanish beans, chicken & chorizo stew but for reasons I canāt remember Iāve always called it this ā¬ļøš¤·āāļø
